Quite a difference in Christ being an active participant in your life, rather than a spectator! As we walk in intimacy with Jesus He’s bringing many gifts that manifest ways to glorify the Father! In return, the Father always honors the Son. The Holy Spirit is the impetus to accomplish God’s Will -Always!
Each of us are given a” seed “(life) from the womb and according to John 1 it is Christ! All things are made through Jesus!
In another passage we read that all are given a measure/ “seed” of faith ; i.e. : For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. (Romans 12:3 KJV)
A football player is participating in the game on a different level than an avid fan,yet,both have their part. If there were no fans there would be no players of the game ! A church is in need of participants , but also spectators for it to grow! Christ asks a serious question when He says : I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8 KJV)
Does Christ impose a question because He doesn’t already know the answer? Of course not ! He evokes cognitive behavior to a new level . Getting in the game requires us to move from spectators hip to active participants !!! Get In The Race & Run To Finish!
Making your decision to follow Christ means His Will for your life takes first place, or, priority -above everything else. This produces His Perfect Will In Your Life.
I love Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”…and I have experienced His provision in so many ways ! Salvation is the beginning of a life long relationship with the greatest friend you will ever meet-Jesus! Walking with and growing in Him moves His Spirit to direct you in every area of your life-Thus, Jesus becomes an active part of your life daily!
Keep growing in grace as Jesus disciples you and remember:
#1:Jesus is always your greatest fan,
#2: You never lose with Jesus Christ leading you cause He always Triumphs ! Wow,what a race or game – I Cannot Lose – Awesome! Savior, Friend, Protector, Banner, Provider, Deliverer, Comforter, Counselor, Peace, Joy ,Love… Are Just A few Of His Participants on your team!
Based on Katherine Ruonala’s Glory Gatherings in Australia, the Atlanta Glory Gathering kicked off their first event last Friday at Sugar Hill United Method Church. Guest preacher was Tony Thompson from Statesboro, Georgia.
Many lives were touched and bodies healed during this move of the Holy Spirit.
Sheila Williams, of the Sugar Hill Healing Rooms, invited guests to experience the freedom of the Holy Spirit and the love of the Father.

My son posted on his brother’s wall last week – Build up. Not tear down. It is something he used to say when he was younger. Don’t know if they remember why that started. I used to say to them when they would cut each other down as kids that they are to edify each other not tear each other down. I Thessalonians 5:11 tells us that. Tyler coined the statement build up, not tear down.
Did you know that the word encourage comes from the root phrase “to inspire courage”? Our Daddy God wants to inspire courage in us. All we have to do is keep our focus on Him. We become like what we behold.
Our wonderful Father gives us many promises to encourage us. He will protect us (Proverbs 1:33) comfort us (2 Corinthians 1:5), help us in our times of trouble (Psalm 46:1), and encourage us (Isaiah 40:29)
Let’s focus on what God does and wants to do for us instead of what is not happening or is going wrong at the moment. You’ll find courage to face each new day as you allow Daddy God to speak to you through His Word and listen as He has words of encouragement for you. Look to your Daddy who promises to protect and encourage you. Again, you become like what you see. See Daddy God smiling down at you as you come to Him for strength and courage each day! He really loves you
